Shipping & Returns
There are clear instructions for placing an order. Simply add your desired goods to the cart. The cart will display your final price in Australian Dollars including GST (unless otherwise stated). You will then proceed to check out and follow the prompts to fill in the required information. To pay, you will need to enter your credit card details (we accept Master Card or Visa). Our credit card processing is safe and protected with SSL encryption which basically means it cannot be read as it travels from your computer to our secure network for your security. We never store your credit card details either. Once you confirm your payment, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox. Please be aware this email is an acknowledgement of your order but not an acceptance of it. We are entitled to reject your order at our discretion (this is most likely because we are out of stock, not that we don’t want to see you making healthy choices). Your order is accepted once shipping information is received. If you believe there is an error, please let us know through the Contact Us page. We will do our best to resolve your problem.
All delivery is carried out by the guys at TNT. We will work with them to have your order delivered within 1-5 business days (see below for delivery times across Australia). Sometimes there are hiccups and delivery times may be pushed out. This is rare but, as we mentioned, we are all human and sometimes there are unexpected issues that arise and which are beyond our control. We will try to let you know if this may be the case. TNT delivery policy means we cannot leave packages unattended. If you are not available for delivery, a note will be left for you to organise re-delivery at a time that suits you. You agree that we will not be liable for any delays or disruptions to any deliveries.

As we produce food products we unfortunately cannot accept any returns for change of mind reasons or where goods have been opened or damaged after delivery.
Where we will accept a return
Liquefy will comply with all Australian and State Laws including the Australian Consumer Law. We will accept the return of goods and provide a full refund (including shipping costs) where:
- The goods are not the item you ordered (incorrect supply) or
- The goods are defective when supplied or
- The goods differ from the advertised description or
- The goods are not fit for their intended purpose
Where any of the above has occurred please Contact Us. Please keep in mind the following:
- Approval to return the goods must be obtained from us
- The returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and returns form obtained from us
- The refund will only be provided when the goods have been received by us and we have inspected them to determine whether they are in ‘as sold’ condition. This includes damage to the packaging. Where either the goods or packaging are damaged, we may not provide any refund or only a partial refund.
